Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to consulting services provided by Angelika Wiktoria Zeman, trading as Angelika Wiktoria Zeman.

Please read this policy carefully before booking a consultation or purchasing a consulting service.

1. General Principle

Our services are business consulting and advisory services delivered remotely.

Because consulting services often involve preparation, analysis, meetings, research, written work, and reserved professional time, refund eligibility depends on whether the service has started and how much work has already been performed.

2. Before the Service Starts

If the client cancels before any consulting work has started, a refund may be requested.

Consulting work may include, but is not limited to:

  • Preparing for a meeting
  • Reviewing client information
  • Analysing business materials
  • Conducting research
  • Preparing a report or roadmap
  • Creating templates or recommendations
  • Scheduling and reserving professional time for a confirmed session

If no work has started, the client may be eligible for a full refund, excluding any non-refundable transaction fees where applicable.

3. After the Service Has Started

Once the service has started, the payment may become non-refundable in full or in part.

This applies when we have already started preparation, analysis, consultation, research, written work, project planning, or any other agreed work.

In such cases, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion, based on:

  • The amount of work already completed
  • Time spent on the project
  • Meetings already delivered
  • Research already performed
  • Materials already prepared
  • Administrative and payment processing costs
  • The nature of the agreed service

4. Completed Services

Completed services are non-refundable.

A service may be considered completed when:

  • The consultation has taken place
  • The agreed meeting time has been provided
  • The written report has been delivered
  • The roadmap, review, analysis, or recommendations have been delivered
  • The agreed support period has ended
  • The agreed deliverables have been made available to the client

Dissatisfaction with business outcomes, implementation results, third-party decisions, or commercial performance does not create an automatic right to a refund.

5. Diagnostic Calls and Consultations

Diagnostic calls and individual consultations are refundable only if cancelled before the scheduled time and before preparation has started.

If the client gives at least 24 hours' notice, the consultation may usually be rescheduled once, subject to availability.

If the client does not attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice, the consultation may be considered delivered and non-refundable.

If the client is late, the consultation may still end at the originally scheduled time.

6. Business Audits, Strategy Sprints, Market Entry Advisory, and Custom Projects

For project-based consulting services, refund eligibility depends on the stage of work.

Before work starts:

The client may request cancellation and may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

After work starts:

Refunds are not guaranteed. Any refund will be assessed based on the work already performed.

After delivery:

No refund is available once the agreed deliverables have been delivered.

7. Monthly Advisory Retainers

Monthly advisory retainers are billed in advance unless otherwise agreed.

Retainer fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Unused meetings, unused advisory time, or unused support do not automatically roll over to the next month unless agreed in writing.

The client may cancel future renewal by giving written notice before the next billing period.

8. Rescheduling

A scheduled consultation or meeting may usually be rescheduled once if the client gives at least 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Repeated rescheduling, late cancellations, or failure to attend may result in the session being considered delivered.

9. Cancellation by Us

We may cancel and refund a service if:

  • We are unable to provide the service
  • The request is outside the agreed scope
  • The request involves illegal, misleading, unethical, or non-compliant activity
  • The client provides false, incomplete, or misleading information
  • Continuing the service would create legal, regulatory, operational, or reputational risk

If we cancel before work has started, the client will usually receive a refund of the amount paid.

If we cancel after work has started, any refund will be assessed based on the work already performed.

10. Payment Processing Fees

Where permitted by applicable law, payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, bank fees, or other third-party transaction costs may be non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed through the original payment method.

11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If the client has a question or concern about a payment, they should contact us first at angelikazeman77@inbox.eu.

We will make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the issue.

Unfounded chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were properly delivered may be challenged with supporting documentation, including service descriptions, communication records, invoices, meeting records, and delivered materials.

12. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, the client must contact us by email:

The request should include:

  • Client name
  • Email used for the order
  • Service purchased
  • Payment date
  • Reason for the request
  • Any relevant supporting information

We aim to review refund and cancellation requests within [5-10] business days.

13. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible.

The time required for the funds to appear in the client's account may depend on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment method used.
